And gang the ever-loving crap out of them. If you get hurt, heal and run immediately back. Keep your eye on your preps.
Really it is about overwhelming power.
Against whip specs, don't engage him directly and the entwine doesn't last very long. Bring orbs of travel or other items that will save your butt if you have to.
Sometimes you can bait them out away from the Destructor. People that play Ragers tend to be less patient than most, and roleplaying angry barbarians.
But really, gang the crap out of them one by one. They generally don't have bash/trip protection and very limited in their bandage healing.
If they thirst, I prefer to disengage and return later while they are fatigued.
Do NOT try to gang sword specs. Or dagger specs, for that matter. You need tactics and that depends on too much to get into here.
