Just look up bard pbfs and look at their eq sets, if they have one.
Hp, saves, dex coverage.
Cursed weapon, good instrument.
Nothing else matters. You should have in the realm of 800 base hp. Equipped and prepped with songs 1200-1400 hp, 60-100 saves, at least +12 dex over max. Any Str coverage is a nice perk.
Anyone that says gear for anything else is probably wrong.

Asking for an EQ set is sort of pointless, everyone will say piece XYZ which you likely won't ever get. An ideal set and a realistic set are very different.
Also depends on your race.
A good set should be mostly easy to come by pieces, not all legendary elite progging gear.
That stuff is nice, but you're unlikely to get/keep it.
