When he's not being a Nivek, he seems to be putting forth some effort to do his duties. The problem is that he suffers from inconsistency and knee jerk reactions (which I have seen less of recently, hopefully because my criticisms have caused him to do a bit of introspection....more likely because he doesn't have the same amount of free time to spend on the forums as he once did).
