I find it a bit unprofessional. Yes I understand CF is ultimately a free game but they do receive donations and purchases for the battlefield, there should be some level of professionalism in the regard as keeping the user base updated even if it's a simple post on the forum "know there's a problem, working on it" is better than nothing.
