Tracking IP addresses and interactions IC (or lack there of) over time. If IP a consistently hooks up IP b then goes ranking with him with his alt there is an issue. If players log in at the same time consistently and go do things without coordinating IC it becomes obvious. Basically just always giving hookups and advantages time after time after time with the same IPs.
