1. To what purpose? Why do you want to see more full looting? What's the point?

2. When there were 160 players on 15 years ago getting fulled was easier to deal with because you would often find someone else's corpse close by to take all their stuff.

3. Hard to get gear is harder to get because with limited numbers you can't always put together groups to beat Dern. Or to beat some dragon or the other. Or some mage in the tower. So it's often harder to get nice shinies.
