I know that there is at least one of these Death Knights in the game. Out of curiosity: are there more of them to be fought in other exploration areas?

What of these "powerful demon Avatars" the Zurcon helpfile mentions? Are there actually any such NPCs around somewhere, or are they just lore flavor?
