Basically it's a crappy build with quite interesting legacies. I know greeting can work quite nicely, and outcry let's you ambush people in that they can't see you cross non wilderness. With the element of surprise you might be able to enlarge before striking, then beastcall and start bashing, then disembowel.

But it's clearly a challenging build because both sword and axe are very reliant on having two of the weapon (or being big and strong, for axe).
