- I've picked it up a few times over the years. My memories are rusty since I haven't done it in maybe 6 years so I can't remember the specifics you ask, but I was a serial thief player for awhile and probably had it on 4 of my 10 thieves over the last 15 years or so.

- I will say it gives you a chance to lag somebody who you can't normally lag, but is really unreliable. If you are hoping to cheap shot with it, that almost never happened for me. It was great when I caught a shifter out of form, or any other unprepared mages at low level. I couldn't use it on any combat classes though since they would out damage me and they would end up getting more commands through than I did due to failures.
- I was hoping felar spear would be better, but it seemed pretty much the same as a human with a mace. It also didn't seem to add much to bound foes and I ended up just doing knife/flee/repeat for better odds of a kill.
