You do have some good points. Age death is not common though and a lot of the game can be considered "support".

I would go as far as to request every 4th charge stays in your unholy blessing spell though. It is not easy to build a weapon after 40. Its one of my favorite classes but I have not played them years because it is dangerous to be in any fight , they are a roller coaster to run
