Some Imms handle the newbie roles. Its pretty much standard that someone tries to check the descriptions and a basic looksee for roles. People are getting pulled into the Description room all the time. COuld be a reward perk there when the role was noticed. Now to the second reward, obviously Empowerment, probably some good roleplay with the deity and voila another bonus. Heck anytime an Imm sees something they like they could theoretically give some kind of reward, empowerment chars garner more attention from their gods so thats fine.

The only comment that caught me off guard and no one mentions is the one from Daevryn saying how Niherivia's player is AWOL and playing his other char 85% of the time. I knew Imms could figure out most people by watching patterns and stuff. It must be pretty obvious to the IMMs who plays who. Good reason why to not piss anyone off either. All the bitching conspiracy theorists toward Imms is going to bite you in the ass. (Another reason why a small subset of people need to chill out and back off from the game volunteers.)
