Thieves - None are crazy deadly in the 30's.

You can be successful, but you're not going to be a killing machine. Even thugs will only have 2nd attack @ that point. You will have cheap shot and parting block, but you really aren't an offensive juggernaut. You'll always be an opportunist, I think.
