But seriously, some people who believe they don't need that much sleep, actually do need more sleep.

Do you drink a lot of coffee, or anything caffinated?

If I don't get a minimum of 8 hrs, preferably 9, I'm on a shitty rolercoaster of ups and downs all day long.
