Scouts/defenders. Those two can do whatever they want. caveat being any berserker who's fight they jump in on has a right (and duty) to challenge said person for interfering. they're also subject to their own roles. If you're all about courage, I wouldn't necessarily jump in on a fight.
Vs mobs is fine. Fuckwit mage should use where more.
If you're a berserker and flee after someone else jumps in on your fight, fine. I don't think you're obligated to leave (though standing in the room is kinda gay if the person has area attacks - if not you're good). If said enemy redirects on you? use whatever friendly neighborhood lag/winning tactic you have - they made a choice.
Bards don't loose anything anymore once inducted - harder to be inducted.
