A question or two about Advanced Picklock

First, so does this skill let you pick locks that otherwise would say 'This lock is beyond your comprehension'?

And also, with this skill, are there any locks that you can't pick?

You can do nearly all locks with the master picks and advanced lock pick.

It helps, but there are still 'Unpickable' locks.
