Yellow Roots stack with Dragon Strength:

And there are polearms out there that are 12lbs or less. A fair number. Felar can easily keep its
weapon with one of those. Also if you are a good/neutral there is a 7 pound 12 ounce polearm
available. Also a fair bit of Felar gear has plus str if you know where to find it.

Check around. There is even a nice polearm that is no-remove that only weighs about eighteen pounds
and is quite powerful. Felar polearm can be done. The issue is the combination of legacies in this case and
I really do not see the two working all that well. Especially with all the no-disarm/no-remove weapon
options out there.

Short: halberd inscribed with a dragon
Names: halberd dragon inscribed
Type: weapon, Class: polearm
Flags: evil noremove
From: Draconian Bodyguard in The Tower of Dragons (LIMITED)
Weight: 17, Value: 67500, Level: 46
Material: steel
Damage: 17d2 (avg 25)
Affect: armor class 10
Affect: dexterity -2
Affect: hit roll 4
Affect: damage roll 6

From item search on Dio's. I think it is roughly the same. Felar gear has a ton of +dex to cover the -2.
With Dragon Strength, Yellow Roots, and some +str gear that will not be easily taken.
