CB is the best way (outside empowerment) to catch an Imms attention.

However, characters like Ravon ie: ridiculously deathful powerhouses would probably catch imms attention irregardless because they had 90% of the playerbase running from them.
Edit: In fact any really outstanding character will catch IMM's eyes whether it be pk or rp or both.

Of course, you can argue that Ravon without his support base in Scion and cabal skills would never have become the powerhouse that he was, but you get the point. You'd really have to stir up a hornet's nest in order to grab attention outside cabals.
