Uncaballed + Unempowered = unloved in terms of immteraction. Sure if you proactively seek imms and do it well you can have a lot of immteraction but the problem with this approach is, you never know which imms are online and when.

CB is actually an automatic proactiveness since imms will generally be listening at some point, hence greater chance of snooping when something interesting crops up.
