We'll just have a day when we encourage everyone to get item lists, and people who manage to donate lists of over 200 unique items can get an Avatar or something similar set on their account.

I was also tossing about the idea of rolling a character myself who just lores everything in sight. The drawback to this being the aforemention lack of time :)

Another brainwave I had back in March was making a script for zmud/tintin that would automatically log+save idents while people are playing. This way, people with short attention spans or swiss memories don't have to worry about remembering to copy/log everything manually when they're identing. Instead, the script would capture the relevant piece of text and automatically junk the lines into the file. It wouldn't matter too much if it caught a few other lines by mistake (like prompts) as long as it got the important part. I got some way with this on wintin but abandoned it as capturing and dumping into a variable listwas easy, but getting it into a file wasn't.

In preperation I'm going to archive the old item lists, and put up a big banner on the wiki. This is one of those things where the community can really help just with a simple cut+paste.
