What would a gnome dagger/flail be like with autumn/striking?

Always be perma reduced, shield, and stoneskin. Dam redux against the lovely poison daggers most specs won't let get of.

Pugils and mace specs would suck but vanguards helps quite a bit with DB. But being shrunk would make me immune to cranial I think right?
