Depends on how you want to play..

If you want to kill others with finesse and timing, sword would be the way to go.

If you want brute damage and good lagging/killing abilities, axe or even flail wouldn't be terrible.

Good defense with malediction? Staff/spear.

Sick damage in one round? Go dagger, and find some light daggers that will twist and break easily.

Good damage, decent defense, some lagging, and good malediction? Mace.

Utility? h2h

Really, the world is your oyster. All specs have skills for high dex or high str people. Some are (obviously) biased towards one or the other, but you'll find skills in all specs that suit you.

Want to quit getting tooled? Pick your fights wisely, and don't stick around if things aren't going your way. You can always come back later and try with the same suit, trying with a new crap suit will only get you smoked again.

Find some vuln exploiting weapons for dual wield/wield if they're the weapon you want. Get a return potion or 2, and one teleport. Cure blindness preps help a -lot- as well, many shamans/aps/necros die to those.

Then, master bash/trip and have at it.

19 dex isn't bad for flourintine, but flurry'd be your strong point, taking advantage of the spec's strength skills.
