Well, they're trying to rank and you're interrupting them. The only way for them to prolong their ranking and stop you from interrupting them again, is to kill you and make you regear. It's likely that you'd just keep trying if they left you all the stuff.

Sorry man, they're in the right in this situation if you ask me.
