So um.. of course the outlanders are going to attack your imperials more than they will your paladins. It's not a path of least resistance, it's more common sense.

Back to tongi's post, though - #3 is pretty damned funny when you consider the vast majority of whining on the forums is done by perma-imperial players about "fortlanders."

"Oh no, now we can't gank these guys 4v1 with our OOC gang! They joined up with outlander and it's 4v3 now!"

EDITED again to add:
Tell me you're not playing an imperial again :P You need to play something else to get a sense of perspective on this.
And tell if that if you are playing an imperial, you'll turn your "game balance collusion" glasses on intra-sect cooperation within the Empire. Because for game balance and RP reasons they should get along as well as fortress/outlander do.
