In the lower levels, sometimes the lucky hit that you might get can win or sway a fight
I use it with ap's and orcs often, at later levels you should always have a better move, I do consider the practices and training inovlved though; I hardly want to spend the time and pracs on something I won't use at hero.
Ap's have an edge that makes them better I think, but still.
