Having had a hero arial axe spec this is my take:

Pincer = Unreliable (I'd say 3/5 were successful or something like that.)
Disembowel = VERY reliable! 9/10 were successful against mobs, totally I failed twice in PK, 1 miss, 1 partial hit and 5 kills with it.
Hook = Very reliable
weaponbrake = So so, didn't keep track, didn't use it much, felt str based.
Whirl = reliable.

However pincer was a huge letdown... It failed so often it was sad...

Wielding good axes can be tough. I know of 4 different axes that are light AND good. 2 are physical, 1 is acidic and 1 is poisonus. The 2 physical have avg 20-22 or so, the other two are avg 26 and 27 I think and very good. I'm sure there are other axes too but none that I used very much. (These 4 are so light that you can dual wield them, <11 pounds.)
