Approximately how much better is Romantic Lullaby at hero, with a decent instrument, compared to Tragic Lullaby?

Grand Nocturne?

Nocturne of Fright?

Has anybody played both a successful Romantic bard and a successful Tragic bard? What was annoying about each one, compared to the other?

Does preferred repertoire affect which edges you can take?
