Cant do it on things 2 sizes smaller than you, damage output isn't that great.
The first part means you can't use it on mage gnomes, and since most gnome mages know how to fly,
it becomes useless since you can't bash or trip anyhow. Waste of practices, and I'd rather spam practice
trip and bash then footstomp, which becomes useless later in life.

I think there are small benefits from footstomp, but imo not worth it overall.
