But that being said, no, its not like having one extra utility herb. Wood elf druids get bonuses to most of their communes, not just duration (utility herb) but also damage on some of them.

Basically wood elves make better druids but humans make better PVP druids because they can level sit and rape the hell out of ranking parties.
