Harkan was an evil air/water shifter who persuaded many people to willingly drown as he roleplayed with them. Prior to each person's drowning, Harkan was pleasant, mysterious, and intriguing, and after they had sacrificed themselves for his studies, he spurned them.

He won a quest form (kraken, I believe) for his brilliant roleplay, and he was effective enough with his air form to make me hate the shapeshifter class. He was closely allied with Scions, but I do not believe he caballed. Defending as a hawk against raiding villagers would certainly have caused him to eat a death or two.
