The thing with all the other orc adaptions, is that you have to actively use their skills in combat for the most part to get use from them. Mundunugu to a lesser extent I believe. But skrugga is all about auto skills in combat, giving you a boost to survival and whatnot while still leaving your commands free to use the various standard orc skills at your disposal. Im just waiting for someone to roll a kickass one. They have been given several boosts and nobody has tried one that I know of in the high ranks since then.

Also, dirty fighting looks like the coolest skill ever created. Who DOESNT want to look like the three stooges in a fight, poking eyes and slapping and pulling hair :P
