Drum might not work so well, but as he said with the balance of the sisters legacy you can wield a dagger in your main hand (for concealed) and dual wield a mace. You can still perform all your dagger skills, and with the legacy you can boneshatter and cranial from your offhand. Its brutal combo as the maladictions all stack and cranial is a very effective lagging tool.
