Request is nice. Water breathing is nice. You get Fort guys always wanting to drag you around as well as Outlanders but as neutral can hang out with the Gnomes of Trib too. As a herald you get the respite of the Inn as well as the ability to send out missives to organize parties to go dragon slaying, hell purging, etc.
