Don't just go by who you see online.

There are a lot of Imm's, and a lot of them rarely go online. Amaranthe for example is pretty much ONLY visi when she's
directly talking to her followers and cabal. She's listed as dormant but empowered a character of mine just a month or
so ago. I'm not saying roll up a Coven follower tomorrow, but there are a LOT of Immortal's that are very active.

Yes, there are a couple active and visible mortals, I personally have interacted with almost none of those, or just couldn't
cut it. Baerinika was a little to strict for me, and the one paladin empoweree I tried which was hers, I just wasn't enjoying
and deleted. She's around a lot though and if that's your deal, go for it!

My point is if you pick your Immortal at character creation, your shot at catching them is going to be just as random. If
you're (not you specifically) EXPECTING they have a job to do, they're going to do what you would do in their shoes and
probably do just the oppposite. Don't be a dick, and don't cop an attitude if someone's not at your beck and call. A lot of
people bombard Imms when they go vis, too.

Work the notes, work the emails, put in the time, and for the love of god, don't rank into the fucking 20's without empowerment
and then bitch that an Imm didn't do their job, lol.
