IE Thinking of rolling a rager, was told that they "can't" level up past middle range, is this true? If so, what are the criteria?

Seriously, re-read your post and truly consider whether it appears to be a flame against someone or not. Maybe it's a simple case of misunderstanding, but NEARLY EVERYONE on this board just thought you were being a whiney tart. Contrary to popular belief, there is also etiquette in posting online.

Good rule of thumb (which I follow myself) - type out what you want to post. Re-read it at least once before posting.

FYI - given your responses below and just by your posts over the last few months, I highly doubt that this is the situation, but heck, might as well as give you the benefit of a doubt.
