If you are paranoid then just teleport a couple of times until you land in an out of the way place and do your business.

If you are hero you can use tesserect to get to an out of the way place of your choice rapidly (extra easy if you either have a familiar with fly that you can move to the destination or you are cool with leaving your familiar somewhere strategic). You can tesserect to your familiar very easily. I used this technique a lot to farm opal wands, just leave him in the room and every time the timer wears off tess in, get opal corner, teleport out, do stuff for 5 ticks while the area repops. You can use your familiar to determine when area repop happens. You can also always see your familiar so if you have a concealment one you can use it to stalk targets then move it an area away and gate into it for a sneak attack.

But really it doesn't take much to get out of the way. Your whole conjuration cycle at hero should take less than 8 ticks (always have slow) so commonly if I had say galadon as a hometown I would just go to the docks or graveyard to conjure, or in voralia just go out the north east gate towards loch grymnach. There are all these little side areas right on main routes that people in high level pk ranges just don't ever really bother to check in. If you have to deal with air shifters go to lower cragstone (not visible from air and you can word/teleport out if needed).
