Thing is all u need covered as a svirf whip is str, not dex.

All the clutch skills are str based... and i'm pretty sure even eyejab is skill based and not dex based cuz I have had decent mileage w/it even at 80% w/a fire giant. It's DAMNED hard to raise... like harder then flurry hard.

What are we really looking at in terms of str gear for a gates build svirf... +18 let's say... let me find you +18 right now with a good gates set.

Eog-lined gauntlets or gauntlets of ogre power +3 str
Bloodstone Ring/Fire Opal Ring/Arkham Signet Ring +2-+6 str
White Stoles - +6 str
Cloak of the Bear Kin +3 str
Belt of Strength + 3 str
Steel wristguards + 2 str

So... yeah... dude... lots of that gear isn't even that hard to find or get. I can guarantee +18 if I want to on any gates villager. I literally would rather take the 7 extra dam on a zerker, its why I always dropped thirst so fast... enemies think i'm a pussy, I just don't let it get to the point where i'm scrambling, That and its a tool in a set, im gonna use it as much as I can. Bloodthirst is an art, newbs just end up dying using it... took me many RBW's to get to the point of knowing how and when to use thirst and that's vital. Anyways... defender patches stop bloodloss so really... who needs riddle when you can keep a optimized gates suit and still cover the +18 str in lieu of a better option like cry for even more healing + haste + dam or just raw dam in chilling.

Trust me dude, riddle is decent on ragers, but it's better on non-ragers fighting ragers who rely on the maledicts to turn a fight.

Village warrior that fights all "nexus warrior that fights villagers that are outside the box of giant sword crashing, or Arial dagger"?

fire giant scout polearm/flail Chilling/Mercy. (n/t)

tesline February 20, 2013 10:42AM

Here's how it really goes, punk. Fire scout flail/pole chilling/trapping or trapping/landslide. Enjoy the x5 pks over the shit build he just pitched. n/t

Jerrokrar February 20, 2013 09:53PM

I really like part of this idea, I just would want to play giant polearm/hand cry/landslide scout. (n/t)

Startyre February 21, 2013 12:57PM

If you're building specificaly for pks why scout? (n/t)

Frosty February 21, 2013 06:39AM

Entwine + Cutoff + Critical Hit should be nasty. (n/t)

wrathpuppet February 21, 2013 06:52AM

I think I would rather have deathblow, but I forgot the topic was out of the box, I see now. (n/t)

Frosty February 21, 2013 07:09AM

This was a build for fighting out of the box warrior nexuns right? It was a build designed to kill nexun warriors fast while making it so they couldn't escape as easily. (n/t)

tesline February 21, 2013 06:42AM

I am not sure what mercy would do here. (n/t)

Startyre February 20, 2013 07:16PM

Big group battles will boost your damroll. Actually I'd probably take Cry instead. (n/t)

tesline February 20, 2013 08:39PM

Are you sure you don't mean Trapping? You really are an idiot sometimes, Tesline. n/t

Jerrokrar February 20, 2013 09:30PM

Think he was talking about the enrage affect from Mercy when people flee. (n/t)

falchiron February 20, 2013 09:36PM

Retard pick for entwine build. Awesome 50 lbs flails/polearms kicking around. He's a dumbass without a PC to hit 100 pks. He shouldn't be giving his PK advice. n/t

Jerrokrar February 20, 2013 09:52PM

No I meant mercy for the plus dam and extra strikes. It isn't an entwine build. Its based of critical strike and cutoff and entwine to a lesser extent. Depends on the enemy most times I'd rely on cutoff. (n/t)

tesline February 20, 2013 11:16PM

If you cutoff, you don't hit parting blow which means I don't think you'd get the enrage effect. Any know for sure? (n/t)

Startyre February 21, 2013 05:35AM

Yea the general thought it that they won't be able to outdamage you even with two against one. Make one of them flee/comeback make the second have to flee end one or two of them. The point is you want some dam from when cutoff fails. (n/t)

tesline February 21, 2013 06:27AM

I have a build I am saving with mercy in mind, and could see its value against nexus but you first have to make them flee. I am not sure a scout is doing that. (n/t)

Startyre February 21, 2013 12:49PM

High damage scouts WILL make them flee else they WILL die. (n/t)

tesline February 21, 2013 12:59PM

Scouts excel at making them flee.

wrathpuppet February 21, 2013 01:14PM

yes, they need to leave the room for it to come into affect (n/t)

Quas February 21, 2013 05:57AM

Pincersvirf gates/riddle whip.

wrathpuppet February 20, 2013 08:51AM

Chilling/Gates - You need supplemented damroll from losing alot with a good gates suit.

Jerrokrar February 20, 2013 09:54AM

I'd go chilling with a defender, riddle (or something else) with a berserker. (n/t)

wrathpuppet February 20, 2013 10:11AM

I'd never go riddle on defender, thirst negates everything for a limited time

hopelessdwarf February 20, 2013 12:33PM

Do you mean riddle on a berserker?

wrathpuppet February 20, 2013 12:46PM

Thing is all u need covered as a svirf whip is str, not dex.
