Though I bet they could take one out!

Hunters are awesome imo and we just haven't seen any bad ass ones yet. Terrain matters too, but they bring some pretty unique stuff to the table that others wouldn't have.

Detect sneak
Can't parry their bow attacks
High melee defense
Whatever imbue bow does these days. They added something to it, but I don't know the specifics.

Seems to me most people just don't know how/can't pk without lag, so they don't do well with hunter.

I'd totally do a storm hunter if they had a better terrain pick. I just really don't like mariner.
