The only ones I can think of is defender/scout villagers. Every other ranger has easy, easy access to haste (like, store bought or cabal powers in some cases).

Basically its just insects, which goes back into the whole "insects is very, very powerful" discussion. It won't get you 3PKpH (because of the timer) but it's still brutal against people who otherwise would never die.
