A Foul, Twisting Alley 
  You find yourself in a long, narrow alley filled with baked bones and
filthy, rotted clothing from ages past.  The cobblestone here is marred
with blood and it's obvious that many people died in this alley.  A foul
stench of urine and feces is still apparent as you cannot help but smell
the overwhelming filth.  Dark shadows dance across your vision, and deep
in the alley you think you can see movement.  The alleys continue to
the west and swinging doors mark what appear to be shops along this
twisted cobblestone passage.  You can head east, towards the massive
crumbling building that rests in the center of these ruins.
