Two thoughts:

I might have led with hamstring, since assassins are arguably more dex dependent than other folks. Plus it's not as important to make him drop weaons since he has unarmed defense. But I've never played a dagger spec, so what do I know.

Also- fluid deceptions seems like an odd choice to pair with dagger, since the feints reduce the amount of chances you have to land concealed attacks.

Honestly, I'm amazed Zridv won this fight. I always found it difficult to fight warriors when I had assassins. You landed artery and hurl chest, he had a couple rounds to bleed, then ate an oblit from your outlander thing. Then again, he got the big kot on the first try, which is big.

Wouldn't hamstring nuke evade even more, since it hits dex? nt

I never knew when to use hamstring. Most of the time, I used it at the wrong time, and died. NT

Yeah. But hamstring is two rounds and init only. One round artery can be done at any time. nt

Drokk 772 January 26, 2008 11:28AM

I believe because of the one-round lag. I could be mistaken however. NT

I don't know where you see Fluid Deceptions in this log. That's an incarnadine wave affect :) NT

Ah, so it is. I retract that part, then. nt

I don't think he chose that legacy, probably an imm reward.
