Honestly I don't have a problem with Rogues out-of-PK shenanigans *or* this healer spam-healing a lowbie. Depending on the circumstances of the healer and lowbie hooking up. If it's something they do *every* time they're online together, then that's weak sauce. If the healer just "happened by" and saw them fighting, and decided to help out the good guy, then that's totally kosher.
