Since I constantly play APs, what's the difference between a shaman coming to my ranking group and plaguing/summoning/trepidating me as opposed to an onslaught of healers gating/healing/sancing those I'm trying to kill?
In fact, even in those cases where I play other classes, I find healers on the other side constantly much more annoying. I've dealt with rogue-esque characters in the way of Auk, and after the first summon, I get the hell out of there and go to another ranking area. Although there are those main ranking areas, there are numerous less known ones that are almost as good.
What he did was by no means noobie friendly. But when I was pretty much a noob, what other healers did was by no means noobie friendly either.
Ultimately, it's the exact same. You're just taking the stereotypical healers' role as they were coded in the game. I'm taking the point of view of a player, which is exactly what people were bitching to Rogue about - not that he was screwing up their characters, but that his actions were pissing off a lot of PLAYERS.
