The situations would still be completely different

First off, a healer healing/sancing mobs is much less dangerous than a shaman summoning and plaguing. Generally if the healer cares that much, you're likely fighting good align mobs and the area isn't as dangerous. The shaman can summon/plague a bunch of assisting mobs and get you killed.

Second, a healer has to actually sit around for a while to grief you. A shaman bunching up mobs and getting you plagued takes a very small amount of time comparatively. The healer is a sitting duck for someone you call in, especially if they're following you all over. Meanwhile, a shaman can theoretically ruin an area for ranking, get you plagued or even killed, and gtfo in no time. Add outlander powers to all this and it's even more of a difference.

Even in your assumed scenario (which isn't what this conversation was about), it's nowhere near the same kind of grief.

Re: useless for 25 ticks

Quixotic 409 November 11, 2008 09:37AM

I think it's bullshit that the healer was out-of-range griefing you. nt

Nivek(VIP) 331 November 10, 2008 02:24PM

Interesting point. Moreso that people are bitching at Rogue for being out of pk annoying...

jmc 394 November 10, 2008 03:01PM

Wait, you're calling healers twats for... healing? Are you high? nt

Splntrd 259 November 10, 2008 04:24PM

Yes. And shamans are twats for..... summoning. nt

Nivek(VIP) 263 November 10, 2008 05:33PM

Nope

jmc 390 November 10, 2008 04:32PM

Your comparison is pretty ridiculous.

Coumidin 345 November 10, 2008 09:21PM

What's the difference?

jmc 377 November 11, 2008 05:47AM

I thought the difference was pretty obvious

Coumidin 369 November 11, 2008 10:16AM

I guess

jmc 910 November 11, 2008 11:46AM

Healer assisting someone is a PK issue

vortex_magus 310 November 11, 2008 01:06PM

What if the healer sanc'ed and rejuved mobs you were ranking on?

Nivek(VIP) 357 November 11, 2008 01:12PM

I call that boredom or spite. NT

Sam 327 November 11, 2008 02:02PM

Thats also a form of griefing, but it was not what jmc was talking about.

vortex_magus 284 November 11, 2008 01:24PM

This sounds curiously like...

Nivek(VIP) 384 November 11, 2008 03:14PM

Ever tried to sleep an outlander shaman?

vortex_magus 350 November 11, 2008 04:50PM

Set more forests on fire. nt

Scrimbul 308 November 11, 2008 05:34PM

I completely disagree with your statement about difficulty of killing. nt

Nivek(VIP) 307 November 11, 2008 05:04PM

The situations would still be completely different

Coumidin 450 November 11, 2008 03:27PM

I guess we will have to agree to disagree. nt
