> Tremblefist is often used to store items taken by Scions and Empire,
I believe only an orc can give an item to tremblefist to store. I doubt either scions or empire would take the head and then give it to an orc instead of hold it (since imms tend to frown on this) any more than other cabals do, village included. More likely, Alzinghul was with one or other when they raided. So arguably he has as much of a right as any.
> and it is the one cabal the forces higher level characters to retrieve as opposed to the lowbies that are so often used to retrieve by all cabals.
I like this. Heroes shouldn't wuss out of retrieving in most of the circumstances that they do.
> The entire area causes loss of morale, illness and plague, which although is only a minor inconvenience to a prep whore must be a nightmare for a villager without the head.
I've been into this village a lot, including as a non-orc, and I never get plagued in most of the village.
> Tremblefist can store cabal items, which levels the playing field when they fight fortress or outlander, but it would give orcs (and their allies) a huge advantage against the Battleragers.
And when village have the head, the boot is on the other foot, is it not?
> Fortress, Outlander, and Battle's only recourse is to slaughter orcs mercilessly at every opportunity because raiding this non-cabal is pointless since it neither needs to be defended nor punishes orcs should they refuse to defend.
So what you are saying is that it is too hard to retrieve, but orcs should be obliged to make it harder for you? Orcs never have cabal powers. Ever. Plus they have a HUGE disadvantage in that when they recall, you know exactly where they recall to, and it is impossible for them to change it.
