Rather than excluding people from fun, I would suggest making changes to the cabal system.
- Make the orc village an actual cabal or make it guild hall incapable of holding other cabal items. I'd also allow orcs to opt out of the orc cabal and to recall to orc-neutral areas. Hell, let them join Scion and Battle if they want.
- make cabal powers unique, unreplicable through gear, spells, communes, or preps.
- change lich code so that everlasting unlife is only available by sucking it out of willing souls, which means they will have to interact (and put themselves at risk) more. Cabals would be a great way to encourage both.
- Take a look at cabals and their powers. Cry encourages the ganking Scrimbul mentions,
corrupt ground completely nullifies every Outlander power, Tribunal and Outlander both are encouraged to cabal sit, village powers are designed for them to work together but their code makes them act alone, and Nexus is probably respected less than Heralds, although they do have better pk potential if they are joined at the hip. I look forward to seeing an Ehren Lord Nexan.
***I had Despoil where it is italized, likely because I was going to rant against several Scion powers, Piercing Gaze, and Vigilance and 1/2 of the current shapeshifter builds, but two phone calls and a walk-in interrupted my train of thought.
