Well, that was my first discuss with a char that was about 4 hours old, rank 11 I believe. Multiple lowbie quests completed. As for observing, it is not necessarily how many places you go, but the level of observation done. I'm sure many of the new/updated areas are beneficial in this regard. I went to a few non-agro high level areas as well, looked at some major mobs and rooms I know some things are in. Nothing too special I don't think. Just patience and listening to other people in game.
