I really hate getting into that back and forth like we often do.

Telling someone you think something is poor roleplay and expecting them to not roleplay that way are two different things. I would never allow it to affect the way I treat someone in game. I would never punish someone in any way shape or form for acting in such a manner. Unless I guess, if you consider me calling someone's rp subpar punishment. I'm not of the mindset to think my opinion (or anyone's) is really worth that much. If that's the case though, I apologize to Morin.

I know it's not hiding in the mechanical sense. Again, that's why I state the above that I can consider something poor RP but not really expect someone to change or do differently based on my opinion.

For the record, I'd support and have ideas for changing the tell system and the "where" command. However, I know with a small player base the ideas I have would only further kill the enjoyment of many pk oriented players.

This isnt' a conversation specifically between you and me. It is on an open forum. I want to convey my view point on the matter and if someone doesn't seem to get where I am coming from it is within my right to explain further. Basically, if this was a private convo and you said "ok, you have your way and I have mine" that would probably end it. That isn't the case here though.
