I don't think it's unusual for the average player to do something that falls into a "grey" area now and again. Sometimes it is difficult to maintain conflicting roleplay requirements, but if it repeated often, then yes.. not good. Particularly if there is little/no role reason behind it, or the role reads like an excuse to skirt cabal rules for easy pks.

I suspect that is why Jerrokrar kept getting the boot.
