I didn't count my charges like previous times (no logs either, sorry) - I'd say I had about 85-95 charges when I deleted. It wasn't an axe, it was a whip - I think I had about 220 hours total, but I must've had the whip for a little over 100 hours? I know it was after I was in hero range. Re: Gedunthos' law, not really - he can do whatever law he wants, but my rp as a Destuvian follower kinda prevented me from really capitalizing with it. There's no way I would be declared a criminal and get a wanted flag.

The problem is that typically these type of rewards go to players who don't/can't rp at your level and immerse themselves and they people they interact with deeper into the game.
I haven't played for a couple months but reading your explanation below is sort of funny. Bugs lost a good weapon but they couldn't just restring a weapon to +x hit/dam hp/mana based on your previous? Just seems odd to me as if someone designed that weapon awhile ago and finally found an excuse to unleash it on the lands.
How many total charges did you finish with? I saw you had lightning control in some logs. How many hours into the char did you get gifted the axe? Did you find that Gedunthos' law to allow pk in town under certain circumstances really beneficial to building up a weapon so fast?
