I also use disarm triggers and weaponchange hotkeys, and target change hotkeys as well, which allows switching between targets and do complex commands almost instanteously. It's making things more convenient, not cheating. The above sleep trigger gives you like 1 pulse advantage over hotkeying, which is not that awesome.

Flee-dash triggers are closest to cheating, but still not under the botting definition, unless you go have a snack while chasing.
